About Faith Clinic

Since opening its doors in 2016, Faith Clinic has been providing free, quality healthcare to uninsured individuals across Canadian County. As the county’s only free medical clinic, we have the privilege of meeting people in the middle of real-life circumstances and offering not only medical care, but compassion, dignity, and the hope of Jesus Christ. We believe caring for someone means caring for the whole person - body, mind, and spirit.
Faith Clinic is available to individuals who do not have health insurance or other forms of healthcare coverage. We are unable to accept patients with private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, SoonerCare, or other payer sources.
In addition to medical care, our on-site pharmacy helps provide patients with access to needed medications. Faith Clinic does not prescribe or dispense narcotic medications.
What began as a small ministry in 2016 has grown into a place where patients can find care, hope, and a community that believes they matter. We are honored to serve our neighbors and be a part of what God is doing in Canadian County.
Faith Clinic is open at 6pm on Tuesday nights by appointment only.

Patient Requirements

Patients must be 18 years or older.

Patients must reside in Canadian County.
(EX: Yukon, El Reno, Mustang, Piedmont) -
Patient must present a Sooner Care denial letter.
We now require a Sooner Care denial letter to be seen as a patient at Faith Clinic. All new and current patients will need to apply for Sooner Care here. If denied coverage, please email the denial letter to FaithClinic@togetherwecenter.com or bring a copy on a Tuesday evening. Once you submit the denial letter, please call 405-265-6198 to schedule an appointment.
Please download and complete the Patient Intake Form and bring it to your first appointment.
Reminder: We will also need an ID and proof of residency at your appointment.
